Three Phases of Risk Management

4.  Review of Existing Contracts - Phoenix Partners also evaluates the services provided by present carriers and their financial stability.

5.  With the above steps completed, recommendations of any changes can be made.


Phase II.  Specifications/Bid Evaluations

1.  Specifications of bid preparation to assure that all bidders will follow the same specifications.

2.  Coordinate markets and brokers to allow every broker a fair opportunity to present the best possible quotation.

3.  Evaluation of each proposal to assure they meet specs.

4.  Final review of policies after confirmation.


 

Phase III.  Continuing Counsel

1.  Phoenix Partners offers continuing service to the business or organization. Through periodic meetings and facility inspections the client can be assured that their risk packages remain current to their needs.

2.  When a claim needs to be made, Phoenix Partners is there to assist in expediting the claim and to answer any questions agents may have.

3.  As your insurance partner, Phoenix Partners remains abreast of any changes in current legislation and regulations, which may affect your overall risk program and can recommend any change in the program such changes may dictate.
